Ashlee Shepherd

Ashlee Shepherd is a Brisbane based member of the real estate investment property team and has property and asset management responsibility for the company’s Queensland real estate portfolio.

Previously Ashlee’s roles have involved working for a well-respected industrial developer where she was responsible for managing their Queensland portfolio of industrial assets on behalf of a listed S-REIT. She played a key role in implementing and delivering asset repositioning strategies and facilitating various upgrade, refurbishment and expansion projects. Ashlee also spent three years at an international property company working as a property and leasing manager across the commercial, industrial and retail sectors.

Ashlee holds a Diploma of Marketing, Business and Asset Management and is currently completing a post graduate degree in property through Deakin University in Melbourne.
